Halloween sweetie box

I love the Witches Night stamp set. It's clear photopolymer, which keeps the price down, but it stamps very crisply and clearly. And the design is so intricate, it does all the work for you; there's no need to embellish any further once you've stamped it, if you don't want to.

I've used it here with the Curvy Keepsake die. Just cut two pieces (you'll need a Big Shot or other die cutting machine), position the large trick or treat stamp centrally over a long flap & stamp in black ink. Curl the edge pieces with a bone folder & glue the base together & you have a little treat box in seconds. Great for mass producing.

The box dimensions are about 2"x2"x2", so it's perfect for little sweet treats. And the box flaps curl over and it seals itself over the teeny tiny handle. How sweet!

You can buy any of the items I used from my Stampin' Up! shop.

Halloween Bunting

Check out my Halloween garland, made with the Witches' Night stamp set. Yes, I know it's still over month away, but you can't be too prepared!

It's dead easy to make:

Stamp the Trick or Treat stamp three times for each pennant - twice in black & once in orange. Die cut one of the black ones with the coordinating Lots of Labels Framelit. I think it's the second biggest one that fits.

Punch out the number 31 from the remaining black stamped image with the 3/4" circle punch - it fits perfectly.

With scissors, cut the central part of the orange stamped image out, and the Trick or Treat text & crow from the remaining black image. Ink all the edges with black ink.

Layer the orange section over the full black stamped image, then the Trick or Treat & number circle over the orange image. Glue each layer down.

Use a hole punch to make two small holes at the top. Thread through with bakers twine. Make as many pennants as you want & string them together, hang & enjoy!

Witches' Night

I do like a bit of gothic, & I think this Witches' Night stamp set is splendidly ornate & gloomy. Perfect for cutting apart and layering up. I made this tag, but I think it would be perfect for  bunting style banner. I'll post pics and a how-to later today.
